 Tree, Shrubs, Lawn Care,   Fertilization
 Common Water and Sewer   Services
 Maintenance Painting, Repair   and Outside Maintenance

 Starting January 1, 2024 HOA dues will be $210.00

 Disclosure of Fees:
 Late fees = $25.00
 Interest Rate = 12.00%
 Transfer fees = $50.00
 Status Letter fee = $280.00
 Questionnaire = $50.00​​
